Treating infectious diseases in children

Paediatric infectology is a branch of medicine that deals with infectious pathologies in children and vaccinations.

Prevention and treatment of infections in children

The specialised infectology and vaccinology unit is for children who suffer from any infection. It is also prepared to discuss vaccinations.

The infection unit also deals with the subject of STD in adolescents (HIV, hepatitis B, chlamydia, gonorrhoea) and their treatment and prevention.

Most patients are referred to the Clinique by their paediatrician for a specialist’s opinion.
