Our chefs are under the management of Mr. Alain Jennings, Head Chef who has been awarded the prestigious Michelin Guide Star.

The Chef selects the very best quality products. For example, the chickens are exclusively from Bresse (France), truffles from Périgord (France), and the cook's team prepares daily an authentic seasonal meal using fresh market produce.

Several menus are offered every day and we are happy to accommodate special requests.

Families and friends who join you for lunch or dinner will also appreciate our selected vintage wines, as well as the varied elaborate desserts prepared with finesse by the Pastry Chef.
